How to waterproof a terrace in four steps

Leaks usually start at joints, not in the middle of the floor. Pipes, walls, and drain points are where water finds a way in.

Our Aquifer Guard job has four layers: a primer on damp concrete, two waterproof coats with extra care at corners, and a protective top layer you can walk on.

If the terrace is already leaking, we repair cracks first, then waterproof. Painting over a damp wall is how the leak comes back.

Ask for a water test at the end. If we cannot hold water for 48 hours, we do not finish the job.
